I've been loving TaxCloud so far! Out of all the services that I've previewed their prices, software, and onboarding appear to be the best combination.

I was using Avalara and it was costing me a fortune. Every time I reached out for support, I could barely communicate with anyone, and I never got any real help. Because of that, I constantly missed payments and filing deadlines. I wish I had found TaxCloud sooner—it would’ve saved me a huge headache. Their team is U.S.-based, English-speaking, and actually helpful!

Seamlessly collates the tax data from multiple Shopify sites so we can file accurate returns as a single legal entity. The nexus tracker is very helpful as well.

So far, so good. The onboarding was smooth and clearly communicated. Tax Cloud is doing what they say, filing, monitoring and triggering collection. All clear. Definitely recommend and am finding it extremely helpful!

Their support team typically responds within a few hours (sometimes within minutes), and they work together to ensure you get the answers you need promptly. The onboarding process was straightforward, even for someone with no prior experience. They efficiently handled everything I needed, including registering in new states (SST and non-SST) and setting up my new accounts. They also took care of submitting the first filings on time, which was a huge time-saver.

While there are occasional bumps in the road, they have always resolved any issues effectively. The integration with the Shopify store works seamlessly, and their pricing is highly competitive for small businesses. Overall, I think they are a solid solution for small business owners.
