Their response time is incredibly fast, and we've saved thousands of dollars each year since switching.

For years, we overpaid, but now we only pay a fraction of what we used to. The onboarding process was seamless, thanks to the support of a dedicated expert who made the transition easy. Not only do they calculate and file taxes for us, but they also ensure we stay compliant. Whenever we have questions, they're quick to respond and are available for a call whenever we need them.

First this app is very expensive. My main issue is the support and overall quality of the product. Since the new app was launched (they redo the app often) I have not been able to get the app to link to my store and support keeps saying to uninstall and reinstall....

We started using TaxCloud when we started selling supplies and merchandise online and needed to track our tax liability beyond just California. TaxCloud gets the job done and I don't have to spend time doing the various filings each month.

Their customer support team is nice and helpful, I get responses the same day, and my issue is usually resolved pretty quickly, although there have been some that took longer, they would keep me updated and felt like they were genuinely working on it. A much different feeling than some of the other sales tax companies out there.

I initially found the onboarding process a bit confusing regarding the need to upload a CSV file to the platform.
