So far, so good. The onboarding was smooth and clearly communicated. Tax Cloud is doing what they say, filing, monitoring and triggering collection. All clear. Definitely recommend and am finding it extremely helpful!
I was using Avalara and it was costing me a fortune. Every time I reached out for support, I could barely communicate with anyone, and I never got any real help.
