I needed to find a way to get sales tax compliant in several states, but wanted it to be easy and not add to my load as a small business owner. I chose Tax Cloud and so far it's been a great experience. The onboarding was simple. I appreciated having live help during the integration process. I think the cost is very reasonable, but more than that, I love the peace of mind in knowing that all of these crazy sales tax thresholds are being managed and sales tax is being filed and I don't have to have to give it a second thought.
I was using Avalara and it was costing me a fortune. Every time I reached out for support, I could barely communicate with anyone, and I never got any real help. Because of that, I constantly missed payments and filing deadlines. I wish I had found TaxCloud sooner—it would’ve saved me a huge headache.
