This app is fantastic! I was having trouble launching a product to my store. I contacted customer service and they responded in a timely manner. Andy was so helpful in solving my problem. Thank you Andy for all of your help!

Andy is an excellent support staff. He took time to understand my issue which was a major concern for my store's art work and he went way beyond to help me out through screenshots and personalized guidance. I am extremely satisfied with the support I have received from amazing team.

I am 62 years old and have tried about 6 other personalizer apps for my store. After deleting them all out of frustration of lack of support, cost too high, or just not the right fit for my products, I installed Teeinblue.

To my suprise and delight this app is just what I was looking for. It's very user friendly and the support has been great. There is a time zone difference (opposite from mine) but Kate has been very fast, friendly and helpful to me so far. I'm happy to have found Teeinblue as a way to provide my customers a personalized shopping experience that's easy to use.

I don't think I have enough time to use it yet to give a full review, but after 5 days of use, I think it's been good so far. I asked for support and they helped me quickly every time.

Teeinblue is a fantastic app for anyone who works in print on demand spave. It’s packed with all the features you need to create personalized products. Price is really competitive for what you get. What really stands out is their support team, they’re super friendly, always willing to help, and really know their stuff. If you’re looking for a reliable way to handle product personalization, Teeinblue is definitely worth checking out.

I started planning my online shop but I didn't get anywhere. I wanted to offer personalization, but I didn't succeed. I'm so glad I found this app. I'm new to Shopify and still have a lot to learn. the team of Teeinblue is unbelievable. They solved all my problems with so much patience and time. I am so happy to open my shop. 100 stars for this app and customer service

The team at Teeinblue not only have a masterfully crafted product but also a GREAT TEAM behind it. We want to thank Andy, Heni, Jason, and Tiffany for their help! And thank you to the developers for making something so useful and cool. When we set it up and test out being able to customize our products using various methods like text, paragraphs, image upload, image selection, etc. it feels like magic! We thought that only big name companies can afford to implement such a personalization solution for their products. But with Teeinblue, especially when combined with Tepo Product Options, you can do it too. And it’s not that difficult. Granted, we had a gazillion questions to bug the team but they were a sport and answered all of them to our utmost satisfaction! Andy, I would bombard him with a huge chunk of questions, a big paragraph, and he would soldier on answering the gauntlet of questions one by one in an understandable way. Andy provides a lot of useful links, screenshots, and short video demos that he creates to illustrate his advice better. We’re really appreciative of this. They help a lot! Of the entire team he answered the most questions of ours! Heni, on the other hand, comes in like a juggernaut and squashes the technical issues! We appreciate his great help a lot! He fixes very difficult problems. We asked for help integrating GemPages and he did it just like that! He fixed our product page so that the layout is horizontal when it became vertical even on desktop. He is very technical. Both Andy and Heni are great assets to the Teeinblue team. But then again so is Jason and Tiffany. Jason helped us fix it so that the cart drawer appears after the user clicks the “Add To Cart” button from the preview popup (Teeinblue lets your customers preview their customization work in a dialog). All of them deserve a huge raise, if you ask me!!! Double the pay! We’ve researched some other product customization options but prefer Teeinblue due to their awesome support, first and foremost, and then their polished, easy to understand video documentation as well as, quite obviously, their AMAZING PRODUCT! You set up the various elements of a mockup and upload the mockup itself and then position the elements within the mockup. It’s POWERFUL and they have great developers working on this. This is us saying this without even exploring ALL of their feature set. They even allow you to upload Photoshop PSD files that may help save time. We’re going to look into this feature on a later date. Tip: You can connect a bevy of POD (print on demand) services such as Printify, etc. if you want a deluge of products to customize. GREAT PRODUCT, GREAT TEAM! Highly recommended, 100 stars out of 5!
