Teeinblue Product Personalizer

I’ve worked with several product personalizers, and I can confidently say that Teeinblue is one of the best—if not the best—I have ever used. The interface is intuitive, and the depth of customization it offers for print-on-demand is unmatched.

What really sets them apart, however, is their customer support. The team is absolutely helpful, incredibly friendly, and they respond very quickly whenever I have a question. It makes the entire process of managing a store so much smoother knowing they have my back.

The app itself is very powerful and well designed, offering a lot of flexibility for advanced personalization and product setups. It allows you to create complex configurations in a clean and professional way.

The customer support, however, truly stands out. This is honestly the best customer support I have ever experienced. The team is always available, responds extremely fast, explains everything clearly, and really takes the time to help. They don’t just give short answers – they guide you step by step and even record videos to make sure everything is fully understood. You can really feel that they care about solving the problem properly, not just closing a ticket. An absolutely outstanding support experience.

Die App bietet viele Möglichkeiten um Produkte zu Personalisiern. Der Suport ist auch immer nett und Hilfsbereit fs man eine Frage haben sollte. Sie können auch auf deinen Shop zugreifen und ändereungen für dich übernehmen falls man es nicht selbst hinbekommt.

Gerade eben einen super freundlichen Kontakt/Support mit Alina gehabt. Sie hat mir sehr weiter geholfen bei meinen Problemen.
Nur zum empfehlen. Tolle App im übrigen auch.

I have been using Teeinblue for almost one year and i can't say enough good things.
My Key Wins:
1) app is solid
2) easy to set up (once you learn the flow which is not difficult, but has specific steps you need to follow)
3) The print sizes are spot on ( these are what you download after the customer placed an order)
4) The integration with Shopify is great. The app uses your product page, therefore the integration is flawless

Soweit ok es ist aber noch Potenzial nach oben vorhanden

This app is rich in features for clipart manipulation, however beyond simply entering text, like a name, the text features are lacking. You are unable to provide a text dropdown list of items for users to select to have printed on an item. They state you need to turn these phrases into clipart, which then does not allow the user to select fonts or font colors due to being an art image. Really is ashame because the clipart features are really good, but they did not place as much effort into the text features.

Super mit zu Arbeiten - natürlich muss man sich mit der App auseindersetzen. Support immer hilfreich. Für uns passt alles.
