Support is needed as it's rich features and make it difficult to know the best approach, so having the support team that you can count on it's superb.
I tried a few personalization apps before settling on Teeinblue, mainly because I found it the most user friendly and easiest to get started with. Saying that I've had to ask plenty of questions along the way and the customer service team is absolutely outstanding, so helpful and answer any question with ease.
