I worked well for years. I just updated the app and my existing order is gone. I'll have to refund the customer. Going to go with another vendor.

Not only are the quality of their products excellent, but the customer service experience is second to none. From design to delivery, the staff is quick to respond and very helpful whenever I encounter issues. The turnaround time is fast, and the pricing is competitive. I highly recommend Teelaunch to anybody who asks me how to make a store like mine because they're the best. Add this app if they have what you want and you won't look back.

Worst application for international shipping. I had to refund a lot of orders, because their tracking for the international orders does not work.

If you are selling worldwide, I would not suggest Teelaunch as your POD partner.

I've been working with Teelaunch for a couple years and they are by far the best print on demand company you'll find. They are constantly adding new products other companies don't offer and their customer service is top notch.

I have been happy with the quality of the products but after the update, all of my products and account settings are gone and I have an order to place. I need this fixed or I'll have to find another supplier!

After trying many other POD apps/companies, I'm circling back to Teelaunch. Products are always great quality and I can rely on my orders being filled correctly and quickly. Seller support is also very responsive.
