Communication is poor between merchants and developer. Lost entire inventory when I attempted to “update” my app. All the products are still in my store, but they’re no longer in the teelaunch app and if someone buys one, guess what. Nope. Solution: recreate all my inventory one by one. Are you joking?! STAY AWAY! They’re a middleman anyway and in less than 8 hours ive already sourced replacements for many of their items. Of course they’re all cheaper which is great news for me.
We're very sorry that this happened. It was the perfect storm of technical issues edge cases coupled with the craziness that is the 4th quarter. While this issue is unlikely to happen again, and we have a upgrader ready to launch later this month, we are sorry to lose you as a customer and if there is anything I can do please reach out to me directly christopher@teelaunch.com founder @ teelaunch.

The sweatshirts are great, best price I've found and quality. The tshirts are a little sub par. My first test order the design wasn't even centered and I used their auto center tool. It looks kinda awkward and I was not pleased. Will be using this app for the hoodies though.
If you are looking for really cheap pricing where the customer isn't going to complain because of it, then I'd probably go this route for tshirts.
Seems pretty good...but 2,000,000 products sold divided by 40,000 stores is only 50 shirts for each store. To work that hard to only sell 50 products since 2015 means each store is only selling 16.66 shirts per year or 1.38 shirts per month. I need more than 1.38 shirts sold per month lol
Prices on shirts are a bit high but seller is reliable so thats a plus. Hard to have a healthy margin on the products though unless you are doing search engine traffic or some other form of free marketing.
DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM IF YOU WANT TO GROW YOUR BUSINESS.
I opened my store a little while back, worked diligently with the graphics, the photos, artwork placement, logos, everything.. I did all the work. Placed an order to get some of my samples so I could do a photoshoot with them and get some actual product photos up. Waited. and waited. and waited. for a month. Checked my account everyday to see when my items would be shipped. Idle. Nothing. Not a notice, not an email something was wrong, nothing. Finally contact teelaunch, and they go back and forth with me for 2 WEEKS, trying to figure out what shopify and teelaunch are not connecting. They tell me they have had the same issue with 50 000 other clients.. That its resolved but when I try to place the add, it never shows in teelaunchs app. I gave them full access to my shop, no headway. The customer service rep promised to send out the samples complimentary of teelaunch, but says *I* have to place the order. I tried, 3 times, still no order went through. Then the CS agent simply states, that he thinks they are not a suitable fit for my business, that they were not able to cater to my needs.
Teelaunch, If you're unable to simply get a few samples out for a budding business, YOU have NO BUSINESS owning and operating a platform that has been having these issues, for months now.

TeeLaunch is extremely easy to use and has high quality products to send to my customers. I like how I can add the graphic to multiple items and colors. I would suggest they have a note on each of the apparel items how many colors are available for the product.
Loving the additional items like phone cases, yoga mats, etc. that I can add my designs to!
Shipping took 30 days-70 days, unbelievable that my products got through quality-control (not sure if it exists) and customer service with Dave (owner) was a nightmare. Regarding my dissatisfaction with defective items, he told me "Rather you sell 100 a day or 1 a day that is how we handle it." Save yourself some heartache and stress and pay a little more somewhere else. Mainly because of the owners bad attitude, I would not recommend them. EVER.
