If you want to lose customers, items to ship weeks overdue, and dealing with customer service so horrid you'll want to tear your hair out, you've found the perfect print on demand company.
They don't give accurate shipping times. One of their printing facilities was affected by a hurricane weeks ago yet they've continued to take orders for the items they knew they wouldn't be able to fulfill anytime soon without telling sellers but continuing to charge them when those orders come in. Now we have orders that have been stuck "in production" for two weeks and angry customers.
I worked well for years. I just updated the app and my existing order is gone. I'll have to refund the customer. Going to go with another vendor.
I am so sorry that you had trouble with this order, I was able to resolve your issue with the app and I verified and the order was received by the customer.
After 17 days still processing, 5 times contact with customer service and still production. TOO LATE for 1 Black MUG
Worst application for international shipping. I had to refund a lot of orders, because their tracking for the international orders does not work.
If you are selling worldwide, I would not suggest Teelaunch as your POD partner.
BE CAREFUL! Exercise caution when dealing with TEELAUNCH. While they may fulfill a few orders promptly, ordering in more than a few orders poses a risk. They struggle to meet deadlines when you start submitting more than a few orders and to exacerbate the issue, they enforce a 10-day no-movement tracking policy.
