teelaunch: Print on Demand

My experience with Teelaunch has been great! I wish they offered more products, but what they do offer is priced very competitively and their interface is extremely easy to use.

Great customer service as always and deliver the highest quality products on POD. I use a few stores for different items and they are the fastest with getting orders out!

I was having some issues loading an image and reached out to customer service.,,,I was extremely frustrated. I was contacted by the CEO directly and got my issue resolved pronto. Response time was fast and the info was spot on. He was very understanding and most of all very helpful. They believe in customer service and backed it up 100%. I highly recommend.

Clean and smooth. I had an issue with the sending turning off, and the guys got back to me super fast, and solved my problem. Great customer service.

Truly love this app! Been with them for a year and it keeps getting better and better. Their products are always the cheapest and so far they have always been great quality. Their customer service is phenomenal.

Love the Panoramic Set Template/Product. Would love more sets for canvas variations!

After a few years, we decided to give them another go. They've consistently printed my products extremely quickly and with great quality. I highly recommend them for all your POD items.

Despite the trouble I had starting up, I stuck with them with hopes they would get better. Within a few hours of posting the review, the owner contacted me. He helped me solve a few of the issues I was having. Since then, not a problem.

If you're looking for t-shirt fulfillment, with a lower cost, definitely look into Teelaunch.

Easy to set-up, good concept, good phone cases, and relatively quick turnaround.

However...

Horrible customer service. I've sent multiple emails with no response. Come on...

In addition to this, I ordered a few shirts and a phone for myself to see the quality of them. Really? The size of the print one my shirt is maybe 1/3 or 1/4 of what the mockup shows. And the quality is not too great. I would not wear this shirt. The white underbase on one of my designs did not even line-up with the color layer on top. (A white underbase is how you print colors on dark shirts). I'm not even sure why they would send these shirts out...I got two different designs and not too impressed. The phone case came out good, however.

Good concept, but have some ways to go.
