Worst application for international shipping. I had to refund a lot of orders, because their tracking for the international orders does not work.

If you are selling worldwide, I would not suggest Teelaunch as your POD partner.

Like one of the reviewers, i have been using this for a couple of years. Then they made an update and I was never notified until one of my orders never processed. I too was told I had to create a new account, only to find that my items i created were no longer in the app, but was assured when an order was placed it would sinc that product. There use to be an easy option once the product was create to push it to Etsy. That is now gone also. It was free and easy to use and now I have to pay for another app that will connect my Shopify items to Etsy. When I downloaded that and got two orders, one of the tumblers on each order was the wrong one...correct on Etsy, wrong in Shopify and TeeLaunch. I was asked if I had changed the SKU's. I haven't touched any of my listings in over a year...SKU's are auto generated...have no reason to touch them unless I intentionally don't want to get orders. Needless to say, the last couple of weeks have been a mess!!!

I ordered a t-shirt sample with my custom design on it 3.5 weeks ago (Oct 29th) and still have not yet received it. I've been told that Asentia shipping does not track once in Canada (from the US) and there is no way I would expose my (Canadian) customers to this kind of service from an integrity perspective. I was very excited to use TeeLaunch for my business / site which planned to launch last week - in time for Black Friday/Cyber Monday - and now not only will I not be going with this vendor, I've lost out on promoting my site/products in time for this holiday. I'm incredible bummed & disappointed.

UPDATED and Angry: my last experience where someone ordered something on the 11th, contacted teelaunch and spoke to a dave that told me its school time so its harder to get things out. The customer ordered it on the 11th to get it in fast shipping time like every other person ordering something does. Well Dave told me on the 21st 24-48 hours. Guess what, 48 hours AND STILL not shipped. Worse experience ever. Never use again and I recommend to use anyone else but this company

UPDATE: Wow they ship super fast. Absolutely amazing quality. They just really need to add more products

Couple things, first off I want to say this is the most SEAMLESS clothing integration there is for shopify. And its nice creating products; wish you could add more than 1 design on the front or back of the shirt. Multiple uploads is not an option.

You would have to edit your file in PS or AI or whatever you use to get it to work with a lot of logos or designs on the logo. They need some more items in the store for me to rate it a 5 star. I hope they are screen printing and not digital prints.

No hats or beanies???

Horrible and slow customer service, all orders during covid19 took over 3 weeks, and sometimes it took 3 days to get a response on the status of an order. We tried asking for an expedited production for a planned photoshoot and they weren't helpful at all

I'm incredibly sorry for your issues, unfortunately because of COVID, Canvas Brand Tank Tops are in short supply and we tried out best to find the garment you ordered but unfortunately we were unable to, resulting in our delayed response. We have never experienced such an outage of garments and are working on a much more robust system to notify customers. Again very sorry.

App very user friendly, easy to use, site professional. Thats about it.Then the problems began:
* no show of the first order placed on the 1st June,
* tracking number provided NOT valid,
*have an upcoming event - will NOT use this company
*conclusion - disappointed

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALL of my sneaker orders had printing errors and DID NOT have my Logo. They refused to refund or correct and re-send to my customers.

Terrible app.They've gotten so many orders wrong that I've had to refund multiple customers. I've lost WAY too much money from this. It doesn't deserve constructive criticism. It deserves to be broken down and rebuilt when the developers get their minds right. It constantly removed products without warning, and a lot of their electronics don't work and break easily. Avoid.

Oh boy, I really wanted to like this app. I downloaded it today, launched 1 product and immediately had issues. With jewelry, they send a text box for customization. Well you can't select the finish until you add the name into this unmarked box. The box is also located just above the add to cart button. Somehow they have it locked down that you cannot change the order of any options for this product. You cannot take the box out, label it or list it first. This is confusing as everything is grayed out until that box is filled. I contacted customer support and was told it was a shopify issue (I spoke to them first) and that I should just put a note in to fill out the box first. I'm sorry I have to just deal with the bad coding? Uh no. This is my business and if you cannot correct something to make it functional, and let's be honest, correct, I don't think we can be in business together. First day 2 hours, waste of time. If they contact me regarding this and fix the issue I will update my review.

Not only is the quality bad, but the customer service is HORRIBLE. I made an order literally an hour ago by mistake and they claimed to have made it and SHIPPED IT OUT! dont use their app.
