I am so pleasantly surprised with this app and customer service! Their prices are outstanding and their customer service ROCKS! I have a very important project that needed special attention and the owner and all the customer service reps made sure that everything went smoothly. Unlike all of the other print apps, Teelaunch has hands on service which makes is dependable and reliable. Not to mention that their user platform is easier than all the other apps which is what attracted me to them to begin with. I am just so pleased that their reliability and dependability is as outstanding as their platform! KUDOS! JOB WELL DONE!

So far So good. I have only had 1 order, but everything is fine so far.

I have used TL for several months now with manual orders and I am continually impressed by their quick responses for customer service, and the quality of the prints I am getting.

Tee Launch is great. You get custom product in up to two weeks and it looks great when you follow the templates. I can't stress it enough! FOLLOW THE TEMPLATES AND GUIDLINES. If you don't make sure your artwork is good, you're not going to get good product, and thats your fault. Customer Service is great, I've had representatives respond back to me at 11 at night. Plus the price point is better than any other dropshipping app I have, with a larger variety of any other dropshipping ap I've tried.

I opened my store 8bellsontime.com in January and after trying a few different dropshippers I found TeeLaunch. The platform integrated smoothly and product designs are as simple as it comes with the built in mockup generator (other sites require you to build a mockup as a separate function). The customer service from Chris, Dave, and the entire team has been superb. I even made a mistake on a graphic, which they quickly helped me to resolve and make right for the customers.

I highly recommend them and would have given them 10 stars if I could have!
