teelaunch: Print on Demand

If I could give zero stars I would. I used this from the being because I wanted to test out this process. Their website and information looked easy and very professional. It took the first test order 4 weeks to get processed and shipped.

Now we had an order that came in that needed to be canceled. We canceled it in shopify and Teelaunch still shipped it to the customer. Then again the same situation happened, we sent an email and chat message and nothing. The order again has shipped to the customer and it shouldn't have.

For customer service they are terrible at responding back. If you don't mind your customers waiting up to 4 weeks to receive their product then Teelaunch is ok. If you don't care about B2B customer support then Teelaunch is ok.

We will more than likely not use Teelaunch again. There are others like Painful that are much better, a dollar or two more expensive but there service is fast and great B2B customer support.

Have been using the app for a few months now and have to say I love it! It is simple to use. Templates are there to use for every product and the design specs as well. I have been abel to chat with customer service a few times when in need of help. Kristy has been fantastic and very informative with settings help or checking on a tracking number.

They have added new products and facilities to help with product and shipping times. The app makes it easy to see where some of my products are printed and shipped from. Not only are my shipping times reduces but my overall shipping prices for some of my big sellers have been cut to improve my profits.

I have used other POD services and have not been happy. The only thing I kick myself for is not switching to them sooner. Keep up the great work and I look forward to a continued partnership.

Teelaunch is improving so this review may change. I continue to use them because they have awesome prices and you can actually make a profit on your store using them. Printful is still their biggest competitor but Printful is very expensive and I don't know how anyone makes a profit using them regardless of their awesome app. My biggest gripe about Teelaunch is their customer service needs to get with the program. At times they seem "out of touch." If I get an automated email from them telling me that an order had an issue, I would reply to that email expecting customer support to be on the same page as their initial email. Not the case. I end up explaining what the issue is, who had the issue, and how we can resolve the problem. The only thing keeping Teelaunch from being a 5 star vendor may be a simple fix within their IT department. If customer service can

Other than that I really think highly of Teelaunch's service and quality. Their app is basic but it gets the job done. I wished they would accept other file formats besides png files. It would be very convenient to send PSD or AI files natively. Some day i guess. For now, 4 stars for great prices, great quality prints, growing inventory, and an app getting better.

I've been using Teelaunch exclusively for about a year with a 1000% satisfaction rate. I chose them initially for a number of reasons, the primary one being their easy-to-use interface. I've seen over time that their tech support and customer service are consistently fast, accurate and on target.

In all the hundreds of products sold in all my stores, I have never had one complaint about quality or timeliness of delivery. In fact, people go out of their way to compliment the quality.

In all my 45 years of being in business, I rarely have seen such a well-run company so my hats off to Mr. Hamze and the rest of the staff. I didn't need much hand-holding because their interface is so easy to use, but it was there in case I wanted it. Their integration with Shopify is also exemplary. And I appreciate that they batch orders 6 times per day which makes my bookkeeping and accounting much easier!

As I go forward with more stores, I hope nothing changes with Teelaunch!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! HORRIBLE PRODUCTION TIME! NASTY NASTY NASTY! These guys changed the turn around time from 5 days to 9 days without telling me! My items primarily sell on eBay so I ended up getting a bunch of shipping defects and now my seller rating has fallen below standard. Anyone who sells on eBay knows this is DEATH to your sales and near impossible to dig yourself out of the hole for a WHOLE YEAR! My sales have dropped 75% because of Teelaunch. Whats worse is that they continue to be non-apologetic about it - they act like it's MY fault! Do yourself a favor and move your stuff over to Gooten. Their CSR's are actually HELPFUL and they use the exact same printers (but ship items MUCH faster). Well worth the extra few dollars you pay for the service! OH YEAH - and Teelaunch still has a small cosmetic bag of mine "in production" for going on 9 days now! Even after I removed all my products from their fulfillment I'm STILL getting screwed!

I've been working on setting up my store and this app is so easy to use and the product mock ups are great! Customer service has been so helpful, answering my many emails almost immediately. Loving it so far!
