teelaunch: Print on Demand

I've been using Teelaunch for 3 years. If you're looking for a top-notch product and unparalleled customer service, look no further. Not only are the quality of their products excellent, but the customer service experience is second to none. From design to delivery, the staff is quick to respond and very helpful whenever I encounter issues. The turnaround time is fast, and the pricing is competitive. I highly recommend Teelaunch to anybody who asks me how to make a store like mine because they're the best. Add this app if they have what you want and you won't look back.

I've been working with Teelaunch for a couple years and they are by far the best print on demand company you'll find. They are constantly adding new products other companies don't offer and their customer service is top notch.

I have been using TeeLaunch for years. Their prices are great and customer service is amazing. They are the first POD that I have found to get back to normal processing times during the pandemic.

After trying many other POD apps/companies, I'm circling back to Teelaunch. Products are always great quality and I can rely on my orders being filled correctly and quickly. Seller support is also very responsive.

The customer service at TeeLaunch is great. Especially Kristy has been really helpful in the past. The app is easy to use and I am happy with their print quality. Definitely recommended!

Teelaunch is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST U.S. based Print on demand company! I've been using them for years. Their customer service is amazing. They get back to you the same day (during business hours), and often right away. Their products are excellent quality. I personally like their District T-Shirts because they are soft and comfortable 4.3oz cotton, which is slightly lighter than the standard 5 oz cotton shirt (which the also have). Teelaunch also has glass cutting board and printed-tile jewelry boxes. They stay on top of their subcontractors and send emails to us artists to let us know if they expect any production or shipping delays.
True, Teelaunch may not have the largest collection of products, but they have all the basic items like apparel and drink ware. Their production creation tool integrates very well with Shopify. Yes, you need to have your graphics in specific sizes, rather than one-size-fits all, but I personally like that type of control.
INSTALL AND USE TEELAUNCH! They are definitely worth it.

My original review was from 2 years ago now (see below). I was pleased with them at the time (3 orders in) but now I am over the top thrilled with this company! I have used them for well over 2500 orders now and I can honestly say after using several other POD companies, Teelaunch is the best. I only wish they offered Larger Vinyl Stickers and Car Magnets. Other than that, I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. And Kristy in Customer Service is the Best! She deserves a 5 Star review of her own!

3 orders in and I am very pleased, so are my customers. First-order was for 12 vinyl stickers and my customer was thrilled with the quality and the turnaround time. The second order was for 12 mugs for an attorney. She was very pleased with the quality and turnaround time, as well. One mug's printing was a bit smeared looking, Teelaunch immediately reprinted and sent a replacement mug within one business day. My customer could not believe how quickly the replacement arrived. She told me that she was sure she would be waiting for an eternity. The 3rd order was for a mug and I was told by my customer that her gift recipient loved it.

I would highly recommend Teelaunch. Easy to use app, wonderful quality and speedy service, not to mention their prices are fabulous.

My one and only complaint is the s&h cost for multiple mugs. $74 is a bit outrageous for 24 mugs sent UPS Ground. I may have lost a sale due to this, but I am still hopeful.
