Since They got nailed for Copyright Infringement they have really gone down hill. Two things at play here: Print Quality and Copyright Infringement. Print Quality:
Print quality is hit or miss. I can provide the photos and email chain, but simply put they did not stand behind their work. I have to have 40+ shirts reprinted at my cost from another shop because they felt the quality was good enough. 40+ shirts had fibers/pilling that was clearly visible. Two identical shirt side by side and the quality looks totally different. Okay some may say it was one time mistake. Well its not okay because it cause me over $400 to correct and second it one of three (3) different orders that had poor quality prints. OH! Make sure to read their rules too! If they make a mistake an go to fix it they may use a similar garment as opposed to the exact product you ordered. That happened to me too. 40 shirt order that had four (4) noticeably bad prints they corrected but sent then a different color shirt so we have 36 of one color and then these four that are different. Copyright Infringement:
I understand protecting yourself from further violations but they simply claim an infraction on anything they think may be in violation as opposed to "knowing" which is safe, but VERY poor customer service wise. For example a customer orders three items and one item they feel is a violation will put the whole order in limbo and they do nothing with it. Well nothing aside form charging you $2 for canceling the order. Their work around is that you the vendor will need to email them and make your case. If you utilize fan art of any kind just stay away from them and you will be much happier for it.

I don't understand why this app doesn't have a higher overall review rating. I've used just about every POD out there. In the past 2 1/2 years, thousands of orders they've fulfilled for me, and thousands of raving 5 star customer reviews, I can say with absolute confidence, that Teescape is by far the best in the industry. Sure, like every other pod out there, you'll occasionally have a printing error or defective garment. However, on the rare occasion that it happens, and I do mean rare, Teescape has always been quick to respond and quick to fix the problem! So, if you're looking for a flexible POD with a good selection that has amazing print quality, fast turnaround, excellent prices, and superior customer service, I can't recommend these guys enough! Thank you, Teescape, for all that you do! You guys are truly the best of the best!

Update after 1 year of use.

This is the best shirt POD company out there. There customer service is amazing. I have not had a single customer report any issues with quality. They ship when they say they will.

Prices are fair and the automated system makes life a breeze! if you're trying to decide which company to go with - choose this one!

We have used other companies for other items like hats, mugs, etc - and it only made me appreciate the quality of TeeScape that much more! We're a customer for life!

This app was easy to install. It's even easier to use, and I love that I can apply one single design onto more than one product (hoodies, t-shirts, long sleeve, etc) all on one easy click.

I love their product combiner. This lets me take a print in black and apply it to light colored materials; do the same print in white on dark colored materials, and join the products together so that they're all under one listing on the storefront. This feature is still in Beta, but worked perfectly for me.

Their pricing is very straight forward. Their customer service is very responsive and helpful.

I ordered t-shirts to see the quality of the print and I was very pleased with the results.

I use Teescape every day and have never had an issue. Their product creation is simple and straight forward and they have the best prices on the Shopify platform. I highly recommend this print on demand service.

Great drop shipping app. Low Prices, great quality, and fast shipping.

The only 2 things that I don't like are more feature requests than problems:
1) I wish they had an office in Europe so shipping in Europe was less
2) I want them to have more options; there options are limited.

When I first used this service for a majority of garments the vinegar smell was overwhelming that I received complaints. It seems as though the smell has calmed down a lot but now I recently ordered a sample. There isn't a smell but the letters appear to already be cracking. Not good, glad I caught before I pushed out to store. When I mentioned the smell to the company before, I was told this helps with treatment, but now it seems if there is no happy medium? No smell =less quality prints? I really wanted it to work because the shirt quality is better and less expensive.

I did a test with another company and their t-shirt was slow to deliver and the design wasn't centered correctly. I sent the same design to Teescape and it came out beautiful, centered and the ink wasn't thick, it was nice and smooth with none of the white underprint even shwoing through the outer edge of the design unlike the other printer. Another think I like is how easy it is to add product to my store using the Teescape app. I've tried a couple others but the integration was wonky or not even connected at all. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I switched to Teescape after having horrible experiences with other shirt fulfillment centers. Plus I needed a tan shirt for my military customers and teescape had that.

Here's why Teescape gets 5 stars

* Competitive pricing: Their pricing is on par with other printers but it's important to keep in mind that you get what you pay for. Yes, you can find cheaper printers out there but you WILL have problems. Those problems end up costing you time and money with customer service issues.

*Awesome customer support: Jeff and Matt and on the ball when it comes fixing any problems that might come up. They also keep me in the loop when changes are happening which I find very helpful. Other fullfillment companies leave you in the dark.

*Awesome print quality:Don't take my word for it. Order samples from a few places and compare. The shirts actually arrive how they looked on screen. Not shrunken down like some other printers.

*Quick turnaround. Right now they are turning my shirts around in 2 days and sometimes the NEXT DAY! That is unheard of. Granted, it's not peak season right now but even during peak season, they were shipping in 4-5 days.

*Easy mockup and product generator. Create multiple products with the same design easily. My only wish is that Teescape would improve the shirt mockups to higher resolution. The current ones are good but they could be slightly improved. **EDIT** After posting this, Jeff reached out to me and has since updated the shirts I use (Gildan) with high res mockups! They look even better now! Thank you!

Although t-shirts aren't one of our main products, we still offer the option to our customers. We've been using Teescape for over a year with no issues or complaints from our customers, all orders have been shipped on time with 100% satisfaction from our customers.

One of the best features this company has is there fast turn around times. Your product gets printed and to your customer within a few days. They have amazing merchandise prices as well as shipping (No I do not work for them I am just a satisfied designer and think they deserve recognition) I love the print quality as well, I was quite surprised as I have a lot of detail in my designs and they were perfect. The only thing I think that needs improvements in there mock ups, which is fine because I've learned how to work around that with my own photos, but I think if you guys can improve the visibility of the graphics you would quickly become one of the best on the market xo.
