Integration with Shopify is simple. The ability to have the correct EU VAT rates and shipping costs paid in one go without having to fill out confusing IOSS applications and reporting to individual countries.
The team are really helpful and have had our back every step of the way.
Things I wish for:
- Options to choose the level of detail provided to customers on parcel tracking page
- Shipping rates to pull through properly at checkout (sometimes they don't)
- Shipping to Canada
- Shipping to Australia
- Shipping within the UK
We started using Teleship for some of our international deliveries. It's cost effective, and super easy to use.
