"Add price" feature is not working. It adds a product instead of adding a price, and it comes with a double product added on the checkout page.

1. Add-on Price is Not Working
For example, the add-on quantity should match the quantity ordered by the customer. However, customers can edit and change the add-on quantity, which hasn't been properly resolved. This issue forced us to change the logic for all our options and approach the problem differently, which was inconvenient.

2. Customer Service is Slow and Ineffective
We have repeatedly requested the resolution of the same issues. Some issues took three weeks to resolve, and we are still asking for others to be fixed. Additionally, it feels like at least one or two of our reported issues are ignored or left without a response.

We have spent two months setting up this app and paid for it without seeing any sales. Our entire team has continued to invest time and money into setting up these custom options, and the lack of proper follow-up has been very frustrating.

1. **Add-on Price Functionality:**
In our app, the add-on price feature allows you to link an option value with an existing variant and ensure that the quantity of the add-on product depends on the main products. We understand this may not fully meet your expectations of matching add-on products to other add-ons within the same main product. We appreciate your suggestions and will consider them for future updates. Regarding the feature that allowed changing the number of add-on products independently from the main products, we have disabled this feature by default. It appears to be enabled on your end, which is causing the issue. You can disable the "Show quantity box and delete button of add-on products" in the settings page to resolve this.

2. **Customer Service:**
We strive to support our customers as much as possible, including researching and adding new features to our app, which can be time-consuming. Unfortunately, our team is small, and we serve many merchants during this summer sale. This can sometimes cause delays in immediate support. Additionally, some customization requests are beyond our limitations, for which we apologize. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
