I'm still quite new using this app as I'm pretty much still in the setting up phase of my website. What I can say is, I'm incredibly satisfied with the support the team have been giving me. They are quick to respond to my queries and requests. Apart from that, I chose this app because I liked its look and feel compared to other apps that I've found from the store. At this point, I'm hoping to keep using this app until I finalise and launch my website.

There are more than enough options to choose from for customization and you can personalize nearly everything in the settings to make it look exactly like you want it to show up in your store.
