Amazing app. I have tried SOOO many in the last year. Some work for a while but are missing a feature here or there. This has been the most complete for my needs, and if I need help with anything, support has been able to assist. The ability for customer to edit customizations in cart is a welcome addition I didn't have with other apps. I'm glad if a customer notices they misspelled a personalization or decided to change it, they can do so without deleting and starting over (which may raise cart abandonment) Finally, the ability to create the css page and add what I would like to change as far as look has made things very easy. I have minimal css knowledge and have been able to make minor adjustments easily. But if anything was hard, I would just ask. Thank you!

TIB is great for all my product customization needs and their customer service is TOP TIER! My questions were answered within minutes and my concern was handled immediately. I will continue to use and support TIB.
