We've been using Tepo for over six months, and we couldn't manage our extensive product range in Shopify without it. The app keeps getting better with new features added monthly, showing continuous improvement. But what truly sets Tepo apart is their outstanding customer support. Hazel and her team are in a league of their own—consistently friendly, helpful, and dedicated. Recently, we faced an issue with Tepo, and the team worked tirelessly to resolve it, even staying up well past midnight in their time zone to ensure our store was back online. Truly exceptional service!

I highly recommend this app especially if you need personalization or need to collect information for certain products. I've had to contact customer service a few times because of small conflicts with my theme and the support team has gone above and beyond to help me, and I'm using the free version. Everyone is super professional and I'm so happy with this app!

This app had product options which I needed but couldn't find on any other app. The support is quick to respond and has helped to fix / change a couple of things for my store.

We switched to Tepo from another options app due to the massive amount of choices available including font selection which is really useful for our custom clothing business.
We had a small issue with our options not showing in orders but Hazel helped us fix that within a few minutes of getting in touch.
Can’t recommend enough!

The folks at Tepo have an incredibly strong product packed with features that fit our use case perfectly. We use it in conjunction with Teeinblue to allow for extra product customization. In particular, we find the add-on feature very useful and highly recommend it to Shopify stores looking to increase their profit by offering additional items. The way we’ve been using it is as a way for customers to view and select our product quantities and their associated unit prices in a Tepo dropdown list. In addition, they have a very cool looking image dropdown list. Yes, it’s a dropdown list with a thumbnail of a product in it! It looks beautiful and is a more compact alternative to swatches (which they also have and we recommend as well) if you have many items to list out. In addition, you can style their product option forms, which we will look into more soon. HAZEL has been our primary contact at Tepo and SHE IS AMAZING! She is nice, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. We ask her billions of questions and she answers all of them in an easy to understand way and guides us through setting up Tepo very well. When there was a feature that we needed (product option calculations) she asked us to submit a feature request. Hazel has helped us remove the duplicate quantity fields in our cart by proposing an elegant workaround. She provides demo websites and their passwords to further illustrate to us how to do certain things. And she helped us set it up so that we can have a “no add-on” option in case our customers don’t want any add-ons figured into our quantity/price dropdown. Tepo regularly updates their app with new features. In fact, since we’ve been on board they’ve released a new one regarding cart customizations. Tepo worked with Teeinblue and GemPages to help us integrate our personalization area and product options with our GemPages product page. And Tepo is helping us with hiding add-ons in our cart drawer and showing the total price in the main item instead. We, as a small operation, are humbled that Tepo is willing to devote technical resources to make changes for us. They are busy yet they are generous enough to extend help our way. Hazel said to us when we thanked her for helping a small company: “Every customer is important to us, no matter the size. I am always happy to help and support you in any way I can.” If you want an elegant, beautiful way to add product options you should look no further than Tepo. They work especially well with Teeinblue, which we also recommend, along with GemPages. Another hint: If you have product options that you need to reuse across multiple products you can do it with Tepo!

The support team is amazing, they are extremely responsive and knowledgeable about their app. After trying EVERY SINGLE product option app I can confirm this is by far the best, with every option you need. My website is extremely complex and this is the only app that's been able to keep up.

Tepo Product Options is an absolute game-changer for my Shopify store! The app is incredibly user-friendly and offers a wide range of customization options to create complex product variations. Excellent for my needs will be upgrading soon.
