I wasn't able to use this app because of my particular store set up but not for the lack of trying on the TIB customer service's part. TIB has amazing responsive customer service. I would highly recommend them on that alone.

So I wanted to wait til I’ve tried this app for a while before making a review. Really love this app when its working properly. It’s sometimes buggy. Also as someone pointed out, the price add on feature requires you to create products with said price in order to add a price add on which is odd. Lastly the variant options don't show on the quick add to cart feature on collection pages(the quick add to cart quick view pop up). The concept of this app is great it just needs some updates.

So far I am happy with this app. We were using a different app for adding customized options which we had for several years and were happy with.... But then recently, I realized it was not adding up-charges to some of the product options as it was supposed to. Looking back, that cost us several thousand dollars. So needless to say, we needed to find a different option. So far this app has provided us with what we have needed. Also, I have spoken with product support several times, and they have been extremely helpful in helping get things setup and customized for our needs.

This product option app has been great, and has all the options that I need! Had a bit of an issue, but support was quick to help when available. Please keep in mind that support is on GMT+7 so it may take a late night conversation depending on where you are, but it is totally worth it.

Great app. I added this app to a store I am building for a client. Team responded very quickly when I submitted a request to remove the "Powered by" watermark from the product listings where I was using the app. I experimented with other apps claiming to have the same functionality and this one was #1 in terms of its simplicity and ease of use.

i just amaze to use this app i tried too many product option varients app but not working properly and all function not include and last i tried tib product option this work very fine also customer support chat is really impressive they reply instant and tell me process at the same time thnks for such a good app
