I previously used another similar service for my store, but they had issues with additional product options being created as separate products. This was very inconvenient, especially when running promotions or discounts. With these guys, this problem does not exist, and that is very valuable.

They also have excellent customer support. Some of my options were glitching, but they really tried to solve the issue and did it quite quickly. They stayed in touch every day during the process.

App is so so. When you have issues — they share screenshots without full instructions. When you ask for a call for a quick screen share session, they'd rather waste hours upon hours on meaningless chat messages vs. one simple call. We are a business, a paying customer. The least you can do is to set a conf. call. Insane. Will look for another solution.

p.s. They use crisp for customer live-chat which is beyond buggy. Use intercom.io to provide decent chat experience.

So far I am LOVING this app! I was using a different app but it kept creating new products every time I went in to make any changes to my options or added more products. The only downside I had with this app was that it didn't change the image whenever you made your selection. I was afraid that this would cause confusion. After a little bit of research, I found that the setting would need to be updated by support. I reached out to support and Rosa replied within just a few minutes. She was able to assist me in getting that feature enabled for my options and I am now even happier with this app!

J'ai pu proposer des produits personnalisés sur ma boutique grâce à cette app. Pour le moment, je n'ai testé uniquement la personnalisation texte mais cela fonctionne bien. J'ai pu rapidement configuré ce dont j'avais besoin et le support m'a aidé à configurer les mails de confirmation de commande. Merci à eux je recommande !
