Tepo is a great app on it's surface (great ability to save and apply option sets - especially highly complex ones). However, once you work with the team, you'll see how willing they are to create a great product.
They're constantly improving the app and providing updates for our store as requested, quickly and very effectively. I highly recommend Tepo for anyone with complex customization needs.

Review:
I used the Tepo Product Options app to create custom options for my Shopify products. The app itself works reliably and provides all the features I need.
However, I initially faced some issues that were not caused by Tepo, but by the Xclusive theme I use:
The side cart doesn’t automatically update when changing variants.
Custom options were not correctly applied because the theme reloads the cart form and overrides Tepo events.
It took a significant amount of effort, together with Tepo support and some custom JS adjustments on my end, to get everything working reliably. The Tepo support team was very cooperative and provided all necessary guidance.
Conclusion: Tepo is a very solid app, but compatibility depends heavily on the theme. If you use a heavily customized or special theme like Xclusive, some adjustments might be required. I’m looking forward to seeing how future updates improve theme integration.
Reason for 4/5 stars:
The app itself works excellently, and the support is helpful. One star is deducted because setting it up on complex themes required significant effort, which may be challenging for new users.

App does exactly what I want it to. Customer Service is delayed due to time difference (I'm based in the UK) but they are extremely quick to respond as soon as they are working. Hazel is particularly helpful and has helped me resolve any issues. Highly recommend

Don't use this app. It is impossible to cancel your subscription and they keep billing you. Of course they won't take responsibility for anything. I had problems cancelling last year...I won't be sucked in again.
