So far I am happy with this app. We were using a different app for adding customized options which we had for several years and were happy with.... But then recently, I realized it was not adding up-charges to some of the product options as it was supposed to. Looking back, that cost us several thousand dollars. So needless to say, we needed to find a different option. So far this app has provided us with what we have needed. Also, I have spoken with product support several times, and they have been extremely helpful in helping get things setup and customized for our needs.

This product option app has been great, and has all the options that I need! Had a bit of an issue, but support was quick to help when available. Please keep in mind that support is on GMT+7 so it may take a late night conversation depending on where you are, but it is totally worth it.

I tried 3 or 4 apps that do the same thing, and while Tepo is a little more expensive I liked that the basic version was acceptable design wise and in functionality. It's easier to use than some of the others and yesterday I spoke with the help chat and the coder was extremely helpful. They matched my options to my theme and removed some of the default text. My only complaint (although this is an issue with all the apps I tried) is that to change variant prices you have to do an add on product which doesn't make sense for what I'm doing but will have to do for now.

Great app. I added this app to a store I am building for a client. Team responded very quickly when I submitted a request to remove the "Powered by" watermark from the product listings where I was using the app. I experimented with other apps claiming to have the same functionality and this one was #1 in terms of its simplicity and ease of use.

This concept of this app is great, however there are bugs that need to be worked out, plus my some of my product listings are a bit more complex and so this app simply would not work/perform as intended for my store.

i just amaze to use this app i tried too many product option varients app but not working properly and all function not include and last i tried tib product option this work very fine also customer support chat is really impressive they reply instant and tell me process at the same time thnks for such a good app
