Simple, easy to install and does what it says. The only thing I found was that the checkbox is inserted for you on to your cart page in a specific location. If you want it moved you need to contact the support but they are able to quickly and easily move it on your page for you in a friendly and helpful manner.

This app was easy to install and works perfectly for our needs, we needed a way for our customers to agree to 2 sets of terms and conditions before completing the checkout. I typically sell digital content, and haven't had an issue with that, but I am hosting an in-person event and require them to know the cancellation policy, what's included, safety information - all those details. This app took me about 15 minutes to set up, and I have successfully applied it to the one product that I need it for - it's so easy!! And having the opportunity to pay for only those clicks - that keeps me from having a monthly subscription, when this is a one-time event. Love it!
