I have used this app for a long time now and I am very satisfied with everything. When you ask for e.g. speciel design changes, they are always willing to help you quicly and effectively.

When I first installed it, it conflicted with my theme, but the support was so fast, it only took less than 15 mins for them to fix the entire problem, and they even updated the CSS on specified popups, upon my personal request, highly recommend these guys, top-notch, customer support.

Very simple and customizeable. I like that it is possible to change the size, shape, and color of all icons to match my brand. Most of the other review apps don't have this option. It integrates super well with my site and looks very professional!
