Great app. I sent a request to customer service and received a quick response. They were friendly and very helpful.
Works as advertised, easy setup and integration and the customer service was incredibly quick to help me make a couple tweaks regarding layout and styling. If you need a Terms checkbox, this one will do the trick!

Very good app and excellent customer service. I had a slight problem with the theme and the checkbox, but the support fixed that in a matter of hours, excellent app.
