Easy install and was able to make it active within less then 5min

We've used this app for a couple years with no issues.. We installed another app that had somehow made the checkbox intermittent. I contacted the team through the chat on the app and they replied within minutes, looked into it and needed collaborator access. I approved the request, and the issue was fixed in less than 5 minutes!! Thank you Efffective Apps team!

Functions exactly as described. We need customers to acknowledge that they have read our health & safety information before placing an order. Also, the time and date of this acknowledgement appears on each individual customer order page. A useful app.

Perfect for what I needed with International shipping. They were always an issue with customers emailing about ship times so now they click the box to understand it'll be longer.

Very easy set up, allows you to restrict specific products instead of the whole store.

Just wish you could geographically enable the tick box for specific regions (we are a knife manufacturer and wanted to enable this for QLD only - new laws regarding sales of knives to under 18yo within the state).
