The app didn't originally work properly due to a conflict with another app. I wrote the developer to explain my situation, and within a day, they had a fix for the app. Great customer service, and it works exactly like what i need it for.

I used this app to reiterate our shipping policy & cut back on the number of out-of-area orders we were receiving. It required a few tweaks to work with other installed apps, but Shahar was always very prompt & friendly in finding a solution.
