The checkbox can be used for terms of use, shipping policy, I agree terms (agree box), store security, EULA, licensing agreement, general terms, tax exempt checkbox, cart checkbox, consent terms, payment terms, checkbox on cart, agree to policies, refund policy, terms of service (ToS), RGPD/GDPR cookies compliance & more.

Perfect for what I needed with International shipping. They were always an issue with customers emailing about ship times so now they click the box to understand it'll be longer.
Does what it supposed to. I think this should be included in the base Shopify features, but since it's not, I am glad someone made it available.
The app is doing exactly what I need and expect it to do. But the best part is the extremely nice, fast and caring team working with support. They are superb.
