The App stops working without warning, and just shows an error popup message when customers try to check out their order without checking the checkbox; there is no option to allow the customer to NOT check the checkbox.. if they do so, they cannot check out.

Easy to use, but I wish you could require customer to check a box before checkout., or at least notify me if they checkout with a negative answer.
Initially, the app was buggy when using a drawer cart style but the issues cleared up when I switched our cart to page style. I reached out to the developer when I was having issues and I never received a response, had to troubleshoot myself.
this was SO easy to install however i needed an extra feature and eric at support did it for me for free within 24 hours! brilliant!!!! i cannot say enough good things about this app and the service!!
The checkout box didn't work with our theme without a lot of extra coding. Saio were quick to answer when we told them about the problem and they offered to do the coding for no extra cost.
Guys are great. We can only recommend.

Welcome. the application does not work. What could be the problem? This is a very important check box installed. I am urgently asking for help.
Working right out the box - very nice app!!
Been using for less the a day and this app just switches on and off at will. It doesn't seem to work at all on mobile phones too.

You cannot place the boxes where you want to, so don't find the app helpful for my purpose

App does not show on cart page. It only shows a message as if the checkbox was not selected which stops the shoppers from buying.

I purchased this for the ability to use a keyword to determine if the box showed at checkout. People are somehow able to bypass the check box without ticking it which is causing problems for my business. I’m paying for this app, I contacted support and received no response. If people can get around the box it’s a waste of time having it.

Works great with native checkout, but doesn't work for PayPal
this is almost too easy. Every ecommerce site should cover their behind with a T&C. this is so simple

Exactly what I needed! I couldn't get the box to show up so I contacted support and they set it up for me within minutes. Highly recommend it.
Indeed, if it works I will give 5 stars but unfortunatelly I could not open it!
What more is there to say? I love this app. Does everything I need and does it perfectly with minimal effort on my part! I believe for the quality and functionality of their apps in general you can't go wrong with at least trying it out for a test run instead of an instant commitment. Not too mention - their customer service is top notch! I love working with Saio - they help make me a better merchant!

Officially Vape Queen™ Certified 5 Diamonds! I'm a night owl so went to install around 3:30 am on a Sunday morning - but ran into a glitch. Turns out they were doing maintenance at a time where the chance of no one being affected is less than 0.01% - but of course I just happened to be trying to install while they were doing maintenance. Left them a message with the error code and when I woke up they informed me it was due to maintenance and to try again. Which I did - but was still having an issue so I shot off another message and had an almost instant reply. Then he went and tweaked something and VOILA! It installed and was ready to set up. Took 5 minutes to add five checkboxes - works PERFECT - no coding needed. Even recognizes my custom font. And for anyone that has a business that needs the option to have clients manually acknowledge and confirm things prior to checkout - this is BRILLIANT! Love this app! Sweet and simple. Just the way it should be! Thanks Saio! Job well done! :-)
