Please get this app. Its very clear and concise. It let’s the customers know the terms and conditions before actually checking out.

This app is perfect! Nice design, simple setup and very good support. I had a small issue with the placement of the box on the website, and the support were nice to help me with quick answers, and made the change themselve - big recommendation!

Very easy to set up. No extra steps are required, ie adding code into your theme. As soon as you enable the checkbox shows right away.
