Incredibly fast response time, fixed my issue right away. Solution itself is easy to navigate and install, hope it will bring my business to the next level.

I had a technical issue using this app, but they were quick to get back to me and quick to fix it. I’ve been looking for an testimonial app that will allow me to manually enter in my old reviews while still letting me capture new ones, so I was so relieved to finally find this app.

I used this app on my Shopify store to add a reviews section to the bottom of my homepage. I really like that the app provides different options for the type of "view" for the reviews. I went with the list view because I thought that would work best with my website.
The customer service is awesome! I had an issue with something (just something I missed/messed up on my end) and they responded to my email within 30 minutes! They were helpful and very polite!
I also like that the app allows customers to add pictures to their reviews!
I have the Basic Plan and that works well for my needs! It seems to be a fair price for what you get and as my store grows I will likely upgrade to the Premium Plan.
This app is super easy to install and use and I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for something like this for your website!

This is the perfect app for those that are on a tight budget, it is FREE! This app is perfect for those that are not tech-savvy and just need a simple app to make it work for their store. And this one is a big win for me. You can place the review any page that you desire. I like this app

I find the app very easy to use and the premium plan is very well priced for what it does. I had a question when first installed and support promptly replied with an answer to my inquiry. I had to get some extra support work done now - 10/07/2023- and the folks at Testimonials Master were AWESOME!!! Prompt, Knowledgeable and just great to deal with!! Can't recommend this APP enough!!
