I had some issues with the app to begin with (the setup), but the support team was very good at replying fast and troubleshooting the issues that I encountered. Very nice support, and for startups, this is a very nice app to begin with.
It has taken me so long to put testimonials on my Shopify store, because there are so many to choose from.
I am so unsavvy when it comes to anything techy, and all it took was one email request for help and I got a reply within about 10 minutes, then done - up and running.
