Texnity has made our order confirmation process much smarter and more reliable!

We set up an Order Confirmation Flow for Ronin, and it works perfectly:

If a customer doesn’t respond on the first call (no DTMF input), an automated WhatsApp message is sent.

If there’s still no confirm/cancel response on WhatsApp, Texnity automatically triggers follow-up calls.

Once the customer confirms or cancels through WhatsApp, the follow-up sequence stops instantly.

This automation ensures no missed confirmations and gives our customers an easy way to respond. The setup was smooth, and the H3 Technologies team provided excellent support throughout.

Highly recommend Texnity for any Shopify store looking to automate order confirmations and reduce COD losses!

Texnity has been a game changer for our store!

We were struggling to keep customers updated about their orders, but with Texnity’s WhatsApp automation, everything is now seamless. Customers instantly get order confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery alerts — all in real-time.

One of the features we love is the Yes/No confirmation option — customers can confirm or cancel their orders directly on WhatsApp with a single tap. This has reduced fake orders and saved us a lot of time.

Texnity also includes a built-in marketing portal, which allows us to send promotions, offers, and campaign messages directly to our customer base. This has helped boost our repeat sales and customer engagement.
