Textbox & Textfield by Textify

great app with amazing customer service!

I recently used the Textbox app by Textify for my Shopify store and I must say, it's incredibly user-friendly. What stood out even more was the support team behind the app – they were not only friendly but also went above and beyond to assist me. Highly recommend this app for anyone looking for an easy-to-use solution with excellent support!

The support is ready to help with any issue and satisfy every kind of request. The designs are customizeable in order to be adapted to the theme. I recommend it.

We use a unique theme therefore was some complication with the app, but the Support team was super nice and helpful and managed to handle the problem. Now everything works like a charm. Thank you!!

App tut, was sie soll. Und wenn sie es mal nicht tut, so hilft der Support (auch auf Deutsch) verlässlich weiter. Bisher beste Support-Erfahrung für mich mit allen Shopify-Apps. Es wird sogar auf Wünsche eingegangen, wenn man eine Funktion vermisst - und diese dann in angemessener Zeit umgesetzt. App ist zudem einfach zu bedienen und selbsterklärend.

So far so good. Incredibly easy to install. I had it working in minutes. Wish all apps were this easy to work with.

Could not be more satisfied! I looked forever to find an app that uses conditional logic for text fields for the Shopify variant. There are others that use virtual variant, but this one you very easy target a specific product and variant to show a text field. In my case, i needed to show 1-6 text field depending on the variant of the customer, took me 5 min. Also good price!
