App does what I need, and upon installation I found it didn't mesh well with my theme (minor formatting). A quick chat and a few hours later, their dev made it work perfectly. First class support.

This app is perfect for our business as we often need to use several custom textboxes for customers to enter very specific details pertaining to their order. The textboxes are highly customizable with many different feature options. Anytime a question or issue arises with the app, the Textify team is quick to respond and resolve it. If we need a specific functionality added to the app, the team is always able to accommodate us and make it work. They're very efficient and kind. Highly recommend.

We have used this App for over 2 years for our online car paint store. It allows our customers to input car details, so they can have custom paint mixed to their specific vehicle. The App is perfect for our needs and runs very smoothly. We recently had an issue (our end), when certain orders were being placed. Simple but effective! This app is easy to install, easy to set up, and support is easy to work with if the need arises! Anna from support was able to assist me with a very minor issue I had when I switched over to a new theme. My text box had stopped working as intended (making the customer type in their customization before allowing them to add their item to their cart). I submitted a ticket requesting help, and less than 48 hours later (over a weekend, I might add!) and my Textify app was back in business. I love the simplicity and cost effectiveness of this app! It saves me a bunch of time with every customized order I get, because now I don't need to email folks after their purchase to collect their color requests. I had a concern that customers can check out using quickview function without inputting their custom text. I contacted the app developers with a quick question.

To my surprise, they applied a fix within couple of days. Quite impressive.

The app is quite flexible and simple to use.

Really good app - easy to use. When I did have a slight problem (pretty much caused by me I think), support got back to me within 10 minutes!
