Poor experience overall and cannot recommend this app. Never works on my site and constantly disappears. When it does show up the text fields never come through on the order and will just show Textify. What??? Very poor app. Going to look for another. I need this to be fully functional as I am running a business and can't have clunky apps.

Eigentlich ist diese App sehr übersichtlich. Aber, für jedes Feld erstellt diese App eigene Produkte. Ich habe 4 produkte und wenn ich 15 textfelder erstellt habe, hatt ich am Ende 19 Produkte. und dafür habe ich fast 3 euro für 2 monate bezahlt. Danke

Wir stellen hiermit ausdrücklich klar, dass die von Ihnen geschilderte Darstellung sachlich unzutreffend ist. Beim Anlegen normaler Textfelder werden keine zusätzlichen Produkte erstellt. Eine Produkterstellung erfolgt ausschließlich dann, wenn die „Price Addon“-Funktion bewusst aktiviert wird, um einen Aufpreis zu berechnen. Die beanstandete Funktion tritt somit nicht automatisch, sondern nur bei aktiver Nutzung dieser Zusatzoption ein, was notwendig ist um die Preiserhöhung zu berechnen. Sie können diese Produkte natürlich auf "Unlisted" in Ihrem Store stellen, das diese nicht sichtbar sind.
Vor diesem Hintergrund ist eine Ein-Stern-Bewertung objektiv nicht gerechtfertigt, da sie auf einer nachweislich falschen Tatsachengrundlage beruht. Eine solche Bewertung kann geschäftsschädigend wirken.
