What I liked the most is that I can customize AI's responses by providing specific training, so that it aligns with our tone of voice. This is something I could not do with my previous app.
The only drawback is that it's a new app, but I could still get excellent support from the team to make sure I set it up correctly.

A key feature is that since we have customers from all around the world, the AI can guarantee continuous support in any language, offering a 24/7 WhatsApp multilingual shopping experience.
