This is a great app, which allows my business to have a dedicated page for all my FAQ's. Also the customer service is great, always on hand to assist in a timely manner. Well done, look forward to see further updates

My wife has an e-commerce business and we are both in our 60’s. I manage certain aspects of her website and went looking for an FAQ app that would meet our needs and that was easy to use. I happened upon The Detective and decided to give it a try. I am not tech-savvy at all. My only issue was that I needed some instruction on how to use the app. I was able to figure everything out with their assistance and they tell me they are planning instructional videos. Believe me, if I can figure it out, anyone can. Not only does the app allow for general FAQ, but you can have product-based FAQ. This aspect was appealing to me because we sell multiple products. However, I soon realized that the product-based FAQ were general and not specific, ie you had to have the same FAQ for all products and could not have different FAQ for different products. I told the app folks that I wished I had the ability to do this. They reworked their app over a weekend to accommodate us. I’m no app expert but I’m very happy with the functionality of The Detective, and the support I received is A+.
I really appreciated the help I received from this app. They were very quick with their responses which was also greatly appreciated. I'm very happy I chose to use The Dectective FAQ!!
