SC Sales Motivator

A good app that could be better. A little clunky in terms of user experience but does the job. Dan was very helpful in correcting our code to make sure customers can't order more than 1 free product from a goal. Would love to see a preview or test mode added to the app as the only way to see if it's working is to go live with it... not ideal. Also, would like the ability to have more than one free item for a customer to choose from.

It's a great app that is very simple to utilize. I had them install it as I'm not good with code and they did it in a less than a day. I also needed something tweaked and they did that for me promptly as well. Customer service is great and would highly recommend. Why 4 stars ?... that's only because I think it could use a few more options, perhaps font styles, background designs and optional placement areas on the website. As it stands now you need to know coding to fancy things up. Other than that it's certainly worth getting in my opinion.

I've tried to track the response to this app - I have seen repeat customers who have historically only ordered x amount and now, with this app in play, they have upped their purchase to qualify for free shipping and that's exactly what I want to see.

But I think this app could work better for us. Mainly, I'd like to offer more than the one incentive, I'd like to offer a tiered series of incentives... I.e., spend another ten dollars and get a free gift, spend another ten dollars and get ten percent off. If the developers could expand the range and flexibility of this app, I would give this five stars.

The Motivator App has allowed us to offer special deals to our customers that in turn increases the size of order, increasing sales. Thanks for developing such an easy to use app that directly impacts our bottom line.

Support is great, very responsive. My one complaint is that the premium version of the app requires additional coding to be implemented. We lost a couple of days because of that.

Dylan was so helpful with all my questions as I just got started with Bold Motivator. I'm hoping it will help us greatly with black friday sales. For some reason it wont let me give 5 stars but I am giving 5 stars!
