This app has potential but so far the Geo Location setting is buggy and currently not working for us. (awaiting support) We are also having issues with the product search feature, this is a issue we have had with other Bold apps that I was disappointed to still see its an issue they have yet to fix.

I used this app to gift our customers a free gift card when they hit a certain order value. Two major flaws I encountered with this app:
1) My store is in USD but we do get Canadian customers who checkout in CAD. I set the goal to be USD1000 in order to receive the gift card. However, the app does not differentiate currencies so it issued my Canadian customers the free gift when it hit CAD1000 in ...

Very easy to install and setup, however it did not work for us. Average sales order was the same before installing this.

Application is designed very poorly. It forces a customer to get a particular free gift for a certain goal. Customer should have a choice of selecting a free product when a goal is reached. Support is good but coding is not well thought. No one wants to be caged in a box in today's world. Give flexibility and options to the customer.

The app has a lot of promise. I like the possibilities that it has to offer, but we paid to have it installed and then were told it wouldn't work with our website. We did get told we would be refunded for the installation fee.

Hope there's a fix in the future. We'd love to give this app a shot.
