The Shop Events Calendar

We installed this app on our cardstore website to enable us to keep our customers up to date. Outstanding customer assistance and prompt responses to our questions and needs have placed this app in high regard with us!

I just uninstalled this calendar after nearly 2 years. I struggled with it not being a compatible color theme by default with no ability to change it, unless I get a developer involved. Only the calendar view is accessible which looks terrible on mobile. The accordion and list view text disappear within the background. (I have white text on black background). There are some features that I like very much about it but it was overshadowed by a serious bug this weekend as it became unobtainable to us and our users. I have had security issues with this app since. Either the browser won't let me access the app or it blocks it out for security reasons. The website won't even display the calendar either. And the block even prevents me from downloading the data to recover or transfer the calendar contents. It's been over 24 hours and getting worse. This is not how a paid app should operate.

*I have edited my review as I was finally able to reach Luke and get the billing resolved. Luke was very apologetic and was quick to resolve the issue once we spoke.

I didn't have an issue with this app while in use, but when I tried to contact support to switch my plan and figure out my bill, I've yet to hear back. Reached out again today. I hate not having a chat to utilize or phone number to call.

This user-friendly app makes adding a calendar of events onto your website so easy! No coding necessary- just plug in your information and it's formatted into an easy-to-read calendar. We love being able to duplicate events, too, for when we have a weekly series.

While searching for an app to share events on my e-commerce site, I felt that Shop Events Calendar was the only app with a variety of display options that also fit within my small business budget. The back end is easy to use and the design looks great on my website. Their customer service is also top notch! I'm very happy with my decision to use this app.

Perfect for what I needed and the support was responsive and brilliant. I wanted a lit of upcoming events for my customers to see rather than a calendar format, the list setting in this app is really nicely designed and the set up was so easy.

I absolutely love this app! It does everything my small training organization needs it too and it is super easy to use.

Plus, the support is excellent. I can't say enough about The Shop Calendar! Highly recommend!

Works exactly how is listed. Love it! I couldn't figure out how to do something and luke helped me out quickly and was super kind!

I like that this app integrates easily with my store and visually its clean and not overwhelming. There are no complicated steps, it is literally spelled out for you. If you need support, they are timely in their response. I'd definitely recommend this to any business that hosts events and want to keep their clientele abreast on where they will be.
