The Shop Events Calendar

I just uninstalled this calendar after nearly 2 years. I struggled with it not being a compatible color theme by default with no ability to change it, unless I get a developer involved. Only the calendar view is accessible which looks terrible on mobile. The accordion and list view text disappear within the background. (I have white text on black background). There are some features that I like very much about it but it was overshadowed by a serious bug this weekend as it became unobtainable to us and our users. I have had security issues with this app since. Either the browser won't let me access the app or it blocks it out for security reasons. The website won't even display the calendar either. And the block even prevents me from downloading the data to recover or transfer the calendar contents. It's been over 24 hours and getting worse. This is not how a paid app should operate.

At first I was struggling with this app. I reached out for help and I got in touch with Luke. Luke was kind, understanding, helpful, and such a easy to work with person. Everything was handled beautifully, integrated our calendars and events, and now its running so smoothly. THANK YOU!!!!! 5 STAR ALL THE WAY!

This app has stopped working and I've tried contacting support 3 times. When I try to visit their website, I get "Malware and Phishing
This site is blocked because it is a known security threat. Please contact your network administrator to gain access."

Luke has replied and is working on a solution.

Update 2: The issue has been resolved and Luke was very responsive. Provided a solution and it worked. Thank you!

UPDATE: Luke was very quick with responding and very understanding of our situation. Although it appears that the timing of the installation and the following spam emails coincide, he has insured us that it did not come from their app, and has pointed out a few things we could try to help us in dealing with the emails. We did reinstall the Calendar app and love it, and the emails are slowing fading away.

Loved the app, easy to use, populate and install. Beware though, within 3 hours of installing we have received 22 spam emails to our business email address. We have tried uninstalling, and complaining to Shopify, but are still receiving emails (less frequent). I am still trying to contact the app creator for assistance.

This app is super easy to use! Luke has been exceptionally friendly and helpful - even making custom changes to fit my store's theme.

*I have edited my review as I was finally able to reach Luke and get the billing resolved. Luke was very apologetic and was quick to resolve the issue once we spoke.

I didn't have an issue with this app while in use, but when I tried to contact support to switch my plan and figure out my bill, I've yet to hear back. Reached out again today. I hate not having a chat to utilize or phone number to call.

Fantastic app that helps us keep our many farmers markets, sales expos and events in order. Super easy to implement and use. We've been using it for years and the customer service is incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommend it!

Don’t sleep on adding this calendar to your website. Seriously. The Shop Calendar app makes me unreasonably happy. It’s one of my favorite features on our website. I’m obsessed with how it looks and how easy it is to add events/classes/workshops/closure. I love how I can add a photo and link to a registration page. We have many classes and some are recurring while others are one day only. The customization works so beautifully and is easy to use. Recently, I reached out to Luke with an idea to add major US holidays to the calendar. I felt like visitors would like to see holidays alongside our class schedule. Luke was super responsive and had this new feature programmed quickly. Lightning fast. Thank you, Luke! Your Shop Calendar app is excellent!

The Shop Calendar is great! The interface is easy to use/navigate and Luke provides excellent customer service! Highly recommended :)

Super simple to use with enough flexibility in the settings to fit our required style, and use. And Luke was immediately on hand to help with our initial deployment and subsequent requests. Great service.
