I would highly, highly, highly recommend using this app. Besides being easy-to-use with simple instructions to follow, the live support you get is unparalleled. I had what I thought was a technical issue (though it was just my poor tech skills) and one of the two co-founders - Majid - responded within a matter of minutes. (That's right, not a bot! A real live human.) And even though I had figured out what I initially reported (because it was that simple!) he was so helpful that he went above and beyond to address other questions I had.

Within less than 2 days, he made multiple hands-on changes to the code to place the add on checkboxes where I wanted them and to adjust them to the size I had asked for. That was all before I was even a paying customer! So you can imagine what it might be like to pay for their services — it would be money well spent, especially with their tiered pricing. But don’t take it from me — give it a go yourself!

This app is sooo good for providing zero-friction upselling and increasing average order value. I sell insured shipping as an add-on for 3.95 USD and to my surprise, more than 50% of my customers opt for it.
