At mikucare.com we use it all the time to schedule are promotional themes and holiday banners. We tend to publish our promotions during off hours so this app helps automate the process. Highly recommend!

Theme scheduler allows me to schedule updates to my store's theme in advance, which is useful for when I need to publish an update at a specific time.
