Must admit I am very disappointed of the app and service. Totally useless. The updates never go smoothly, it's deleting all my theme customizations (which I payed a lot for) and I can't use the updated theme. I am not impressed.

They say 'It will keep code edits', but it's just not working. There is no such a thing 'keeping custom code' if you custom code your theme. Basically, this app is useless for me.

Update to answer:
For those who read the response: This in every way incorrect.
Our custom code is not slowing down our theme. That is not the issue and our correspondance have been on the same ticket all alone, which has been replied by us continuously. The app has been of no use, please do not disregard your responsibility by making it seem the fault us on us.

Downloaded the app to carry over ...

The only thing it did for me is install an updated version of my current theme, which I've already done from the Shopify theme store. Everything else I have to do manually. Plus, there is no option to cancel your plan so I have to contact customer support just to cancel, which I find unnecessary.

Clicking on app -store health check- and a spinning wheel, then nothing. So out of the -sand-box this app does not work.

Possibly the biggest pile of poo ever dumped on so many by so few.

We paid $89 to use this app to update a theme that was registered and compatible. It did not carry over any of the work we had put into customizing the theme through the Shopify sections and theme editor. We're not even speaking about development work - just settings through the theme. The quotes we have gotten from developers to carry over the settings have been extremely expensive and all over ...

Greedy people.
Buy their premium theme and now they want to take away the free update feature and charge you 9$ per month. To update.
Else do customize from scartch everybtime.
Greed at its top.
Dont buy anymore.

Superstore theme - awful - full of bugs! The filters and the menu stop working when I select the infinite scroll pagination. Support has been unresponsive and does not seem to care. Avoid out of the sandbox. Worst company I have ever come across
