Migrating to a theme update is such a nightmare but this app makes it sooo much easier. Great themes with excellent customer service. We've always been OOTS fans. Tried a different brand once and regretted it. 5 Stars

We’re using the Combine theme. We’ve made a lot of code improvements. We needed to update our theme to version 4.0.0 without losing any code blocks. We completed the update using Theme Updater. There were just a few minor issues left to sort out. Myles from the support team helped us with this very quickly. We were very pleased with both the application and the support team.

Usually, we've had no issues in updating the Turbo theme. But this version from 9.6 to 10 -- went haywire.

AI allegedly handled all but one of the customizations in upgrading the theme, but our opening slide show was completely screwed up.

For now, we've left v9.6 in place. It's frustrating having had / worked with this theme for years without needing to hire an expert -- apparently, now we will have to?

Disappointing.

BUT.... 2 days later, OOTS support responded quickly to our ticket, stepped in and fixed the issue. Not only did they fix it, they followed up to be sure that the site is working properly.

Today, we published the 10 version. Thanks, OOTS!

Theme Updater has made updating on Shopify so much easier. Please remember to be very careful adding 3rd party apps to your store so the update can go smoothly and you spend your time working on marketing. Be sure to review Out of the Sandbox premium theme sections so your system uses known compatible apps.

Very helpful, most times the AI can transfer any customization. Last time it didn't work, but some weeks later another try got everything transferred to the new theme.

For me this app works as intended and makes upgrading to new theme versions much easier. Support has also been great when needed. 5 stars.

Theme Updater & Backups literally saved my store.

Orderly Emails deleted several important Shopify collections/categories in my store, and I only discovered it after the damage had already affected navigation and visibility. Thankfully, Vault backups allowed me to restore the deleted collections one by one.

Without this app, I would have faced many hours of manual rebuilding. This experience alone made the app worth it.
