Terrible Experience
I have had an awful experience with ThisNew.com. My orders have been delayed for way too long – it’s been over 20 days, and I am still waiting for my products to be shipped. This is completely unacceptable!
My clients are furious because they want their products, and all I've received are excuses. To make things worse, I’ve requested refunds, but they flat-out refused to return my money. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers or their business.
Save yourself the headache and stay away from ThisNew.com. I won’t be doing business with them again!

I've been running a couple of Print-on-Demand stores for over a year now. I've tested about a dozen POD companies, and by far, ThisNew is the best out there. They have the largest selection at the best prices I could find, and their customer service is friendly and amazing. They also have a super helpful Facebook community full of active users. This means that no matter your experience with POD, ThisNew can help support your business with products, and their Facebook group can help you learn and grow.
I am satisfied with the personalization of this customized mug. I can choose the design, font, and color on the mug according to my preferences, making it truly match my personal style. Every time I look at the mug with my name or a unique pattern engraved on it, I feel a sense of pride and belonging that is exclusively mine.
Excellent customer service. Good price and have lots of product options. Apps also quite easy to use!
Very good customer support. The fact that they don't take advantage of you on shipping is a big plus. Great items, I highly recommend this!

Amazing provider! I started to work with them a few months back. They are a pleasure to work with. The shipping problems at the beginning of the pandemic are mostly solved now. Their support is top notch - especially via Skype. They have a great facebook community and listen to requests. Always implementing and improving new products and features.

A Disappointing Experience with THISNEW's Print on Demand Services.
I have been a customer of THISNEW for over two years and have, until recently, been quite satisfied with their product selection and Print on Demand (POD) services. However, a recent incident involving a delay in order fulfillment has not only caused significant disruption to my business, but has also revealed an unsettling lack of customer service, accountability, and efficiency within THISNEW.
Earlier this year, I designated THISNEW as my main supplier for POD items, mainly due to their extensive product range which simplified the sourcing and design process for my apparel line. Unfortunately, financial constraints made it difficult for me to order samples of my new designs. However, I managed to place a sample order in May 2023, with high hopes of showcasing my new line to potential customers and retailers.
Fast forward to August 2023, three months later, and I'm still awaiting my order. This delay has been incredibly frustrating and has caused a detrimental loss of momentum for my business. The root cause appears to be a payment issue. I made my payment through PayPal, and although it was confirmed that THISNEW received the payment in their bank account by June, my order continued to show up as unpaid on their end.
Over the course of several weeks, I attempted to resolve this issue, contacting THISNEW multiple times through their chat window, only to be met with silence. Finally, in mid-July, I received confirmation from a chat representative named "Cassie" that they had, indeed, received my payment. Instead of an apology or any form of compensation for the delay and confusion, I received a casual message stating they would now be processing my order.
The lack of accountability, dismissive attitude, and nonchalant handling of this situation left me feeling both infuriated and powerless. When I communicated to them how their negligence had cost me potential sales and business growth, they failed to acknowledge the impact of their actions.
Today, I find myself in a disappointing position, having to start from scratch, seeking a new supplier who can offer a similar selection. Running an eCommerce business is challenging enough without having to deal with such setbacks.
To anyone considering using THISNEW's POD services, please be aware of my experience. I believed I was partnering with a reliable and efficient company, but their recent actions, or lack thereof, have shown a clear lack of respect for their customers and their businesses. Ultimately, THISNEW's unapologetic handling of my situation resulted in a damaging setback for my business and an absolute waste of my time and resources.
Excellent quality masks. They take a little longer to arrive but are worth the wait. I have ordered nearly 800 masks from ThisNew and have never had a printing error! They have excellent customer support and my account representative, Lois, is always very helpful!
Llevo poco con la aplicación pero ya hice un pedido y todo correcto y de calidad buena (podría ser mejor pero los precios están bien). Ya la he probado y la comunicación es buena. La recomiendo mucho. Cada vez incluyen más productos y hacen descuentos por pedido.

After being contacted by a new account manager I made a few test orders and have been very impressed. Not only have they been answering any and all questions and concerns I have had, they got everything to me in a reasonable amount of time. The quality of the items has impressed me as well, no weird smell with shirts, print quality is very good. And they are now alerting me when things are being discontinued and the items they are being replaced with. I am still nervous with all the issues I had in the past and have one more test order on the way. Very happy they are listening to their customers and are making changes. ORIGINAL:
Worst customer service, everything is almost an entire month over due, they use fake shipping numbers to avoid refunds through paypal, they refuse to respond to emails or messages, they are not an American Company, and I doubt they have any American's working for them like their site suggests they do. DO NOT USE THIS APP, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

ThisNew factories are currently located both in North America and Asia and we also set up warehouse in USA that is why many of our goods deliver from the USA.
